Elementary PE (3rd–6th Grade Students)
Intro to sports: kickball, basketball, dodgeball, flag football, soccer, Wiffle ball, knocker ball, ultimate frisbee, and other athletic team sports. Fun, active foundation for lifelong fitness and teamwork
Middle & High School PE
PE class for middle and high school-age students. Intro to sports including kickball, basketball, dodgeball, flag football, soccer, Wiffle ball, knocker ball, ultimate frisbee, and other athletic team sports. Builds skills, confidence, and healthy habits.
Flag Football (Ages 8–18)
Flag football games, touchdowns, running, scoring, jumping and so much fun! High-energy, non-contact introduction to the game. Perfect for building speed, strategy, and teamwork in a safe, exciting format. 4th
Kickboxing (Muay Thai) & Core (Abs) — Ages 8–18 (Parents Welcome)
Updated structure: Starts with 5 sets of varied ab exercises for core strength. Followed by cross-field sprint & explosive drills (sprints, backwards, karaoke). Ends with Shoulder Tag game + gear wrap-up. Mouthguards mandatory. Gloves & shins free or discounted personal available. Educational, safe & exciting!
Basketball (Camp Style)
This basketball “Camp” style by Coach Sam's class helps participants improve their basketball skills by performing various sport-specific exercises. Practicing drills that improve basic skills like dribbling and shooting are used all while learning/reviewing the rules of the game. Each class begins with 20 minutes of general exercises and game-specific drills. The last 30 minutes are spent playing a game allowing players to practice what they learned all while having fun!
